I’m going to make a statement the beauty industry doesn’t want us to know: Beauty is based on our eternal nature.

Our beauty is directly connected to our uniqueness. It is the very essence of our soul and how we express it.

Have you gone through periods of time when you look in the mirror and you’re not happy with what you see? Perhaps you don’t feel beautiful, and yet that is not the truth. You are beautiful. You’re having a hard time accepting your beauty and believing in yourself as beautiful.

We’ve all been there before – regardless of who you think has or has not experienced it. Shift into owning your inner and outer beauty.

Do you fear your beauty or are you expressing it?

  • Stop all your judgements and opinions about beauty.
  • Fear of lack of beauty will create more lack. You will continue to feel less and less beautiful.
  • Break the cycle of negative thoughts about your beauty or judgments and opinions about others’ appearance.
  • Practice kindness. Be a good person. Give compliments. Help others in need. Share your gifts!

All of this is in alignment with beauty.

It is when beauty is shared with yourself and others that beauty is expressed at its fullness. When this happens, you will start viewing yourself as beautiful. It’s a natural process that unfolds as you share beauty with others.

What is eternity? What is your eternal nature?

The ancient wisdom traditions suggest to know oneself is to know God. To tap into your own connection to your god or goddess nature is to tap into your potential as an eternal being.

Have you ever looked at a baby and recognized that baby’s purity? There’s a sense of wonder. You contemplate the meaning of life just through the perspective of this infinite being, just birthed into the world – full of beauty, strength, and wonder. Who is this baby, really?

Your thoughts likely aren’t merely about this baby’s combination of cells formed by the parents’ DNA. Often there is a sense of awe as you connect to the essence of this baby. This baby is aligned with it’s true nature. He/she has a soul, and is a living example of a miracle in the flesh.

The awe-inspiring essence coming from that baby is that of their eternal nature. They are born knowing they are divine. Newborns are the closest to God they have ever been.

This is connecting to eternity. You are not thinking of the shape of their nose, or the build of their body, or the style of their hair (if they have hair, that is).

You are mesmerized by their stillness. Captivated by their essence. That is eternity. If you can see it in a newborn. Then that same reflection is true for you. Eternity exists inside of you.

Change your mind. Change your beauty.

On a practical level we know that stress causes wrinkles. Stress often causes physical health issues, emotional imbalances, and fatigue. All of these aspects of stress can lead to increased negative thoughts about ourselves or a negative outlook on life in general.

I believe these negative thoughts also contribute to our appearance. If we think horrible thoughts about ourselves we are creating an energy field of negativity surrounding us. We likely aren’t going to make the best choices related to foods we eat, how we treat our bodies, or the style of clothing we wear.

But an even more effective way to enhance your beauty is to enhance your mind.

Stop the cycle of negative thoughts about yourself. Stop thinking negative thoughts about others. This means letting go of belief systems and indoctrinations of your past; whether it be from the media, pop culture or old patterns you absorbed from how you were raised.

Stop the cycle and re-write your script. There are many ways to do this. My favorite way is to have a combination of the following:

  • A nutritious diet and exercise routine to enhance your mind.
  • Develop a meditation practice to cleanse your mind such as the Max Meditation System™. More about the benefits of meditation according to a Harvard study, and the #1 meditation mistake.
  • Receive energy healing sessions to break old patterns such as the Life Activation Session and the Aura Healing to clean up the negative influences you’re experiencing from your thoughts or other’s negativity.

The number one way that I’ve had the ability to clean up my mind is through the ascension process that takes place with Universal Kabbalah.

Beauty comes from your innate expression of self.

“Beauty is a heart enflamed and a soul enchanted” ~ Kahlil Gibran

What makes your heart sing? What causes you to expand your capacity to hold love in your heart? Practice loving kindness. This is a good place to start. Love toward yourself when you clean up your negative thoughts thoughts and replace it with compassionate love for self and acts of kindness toward others. Beauty overflows from this place.

What makes your soul sing? Your soul connects you to your divinity, it helps you align more with your purpose. Your soul desires that you express yourself and share your innate gifts. Your soul thrives when you continue to evolve in alignment with your will to do good and your desire to serve yourself and others. Ultimately it is an expression of the God/Goddess that you are.

“Beauty is bought by judgment of the eye.” ~ William Shakespeare

You are the eye. It’s your judgment of self that affects your ability to tap into inner beauty. What are your thoughts about self? Do you allow other’s judgments to affect your belief about yourself?

Shift into owning your beauty as an aspect of eternity.

Beauty is not defined by anyone else. You define your beauty.

Author Margaret Wolfe Hungerford said, “Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.” But I challenge that statement. It’s not up to the observer to decide anything about your beauty.

What do you see when you look into the mirror? What are you thinking about yourself? Start there.

The eyes are windows into our soul. It will reveal the truth of your eternal beauty.

Bathe in self-love. Cloth yourself with inner beauty. Express your desire.

Beauty is eternity gazing at itself in a mirror. But you are eternity and you are the mirror.” ~ Khalil Gibran

You are eternal beauty. Express it! Live it!
