Information you give us. When you fill out a form on this site, book a session or class, register for an event, or sign up for our email list, we collect the information you provide. If you create a client account to book sessions or classes, we also keep your booking and purchase history.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site collects basic technical information when you visit, such as your browser type, device, the pages you view, and how you arrived at the site. This is gathered through cookies, the Meta Pixel, and similar tools described below.

We do not ask for, and ask that you not send through our website forms, sensitive health information. If you share personal details with a practitioner during a session or consultation, that conversation is held in confidence.

We rely on a few trusted providers to run this website and our programs. They process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services:

• GoHighLevel (Loopology): our website forms, email, and text messaging
• WellnessLiving: registration for sessions, classes, and events, client accounts, and payments
• Google: website analytics through Google Site Kit, which helps us see how the site is used
• YouTube: our videos. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, and a video only loads from YouTube when you click to play it
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram): the Meta Pixel, described below

Payments are processed securely through WellnessLiving and its payment partners. We do not store your card details on this website. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy that governs how it handles information.

Advertising and the Meta Pixel

This website uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram. It tells us when someone who saw our ads visits our site or takes an action here, such as signing up or booking, so we can understand which ads are helpful. It also lets us show our ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who have visited our website.
