Two-part class · Modern Mystery School Minneapolis–St. Paul
Inner Guidance Series
Everyone is intuitive by nature, and most of us have had moments where we just knew something before we could explain it. This two-part series gives you practical tools to notice that inner guidance, trust it more, and build a real relationship with your Higher Self.
What you'll learn
The two classes
Part 1
Spiritual Intuition
We'll look at how intuition actually shows up for you, since it speaks a little differently to each person, and practice simple exercises you can keep using at home.
- Find your natural intuitive strengths
- Learn to tell inner guidance apart from mental chatter and worry
- Practice exercises to keep developing it on your own
Part 2
Sanctuary Meditation
You'll learn a meditation technique for quieting the mind and connecting with higher awareness, so you have a place to go inside when you need clarity.
- Learn the Sanctuary Meditation technique step by step
- Build a simple daily practice you can actually keep
- Leave with a tool for calm and focus whenever you need it
Each class stands on its own, and they work beautifully together. Taking both gives you a way to receive guidance and a place to listen for it.
