A home base for your practice

We're creating a more cohesive, professional experience for every practitioner who works out of MMS Minneapolis–St. Paul.
As a monthly renter, you'll have your own login in our booking system, WellnessLiving. You set your own hours, and new clients find and book you through the MMS MSP website, alongside our classes and community events. Your existing clients can keep booking through your own system.
- Your own login. Manage your schedule and availability yourself.
- New clients book you online. Your sessions appear on the MMS MSP website, and your own clients can still book through your system.
- New clients, supported. Our Google Ads and Facebook ads bring new people to the MMS MSP website and intro classes.
Practitioner
- 8 hours a week of room time, in a treatment room or the classroom
- Teach coordinated MMS MSP classes on a 70/30 split
- Your own WellnessLiving login to set your hours
- Availability to book with you on the MMS MSP booking system
- Your bio and a featured slide on the lobby monitor, alongside our upcoming classes

Associate
All Practitioner benefits, with:
- 16 hours a week of room time, in a treatment room or the classroom
Resident
All Practitioner benefits, with:
- Unlimited room time in the treatment rooms and classroom, so MMS MSP can be your full-time practice space
- Keep your class revenue on coordinated classes, with no 70/30 split
- First choice of time slots, and first pick of nights on the coordinated class schedule
- Storage in a dedicated treatment room (the room is shared, not exclusive)
Use your hours for sessions or your own classes. Coordinated MMS MSP classes are scheduled separately and never use your hours.
Ad-hoc rental
For occasional sessions, or for classes outside the MMS MSP schedule. These are room rentals only and aren’t listed on the MMS MSP calendar. Coordinated MMS MSP classes are taught only by monthly renters.

Simple and handled for you
Your own clients are always yours. During your reserved room time you can book them through your own system, with no fee to MMS MSP. Just reserve the room in WellnessLiving first, so no one else is booked into it at the same time.
- Clients book and pay online. Clients who find you through MMS MSP book and pay through WellnessLiving on our website.
- MMS MSP keeps a 10% admin fee on everything booked through the MMS MSP system, both classes and sessions. It covers running the booking and payment system for you. On the Practitioner and Associate plans, coordinated classes are then split 70/30 after the fee.
- You're paid out monthly. You'll see each booking and payment in your WellnessLiving login.
- You work as an independent practitioner. You'll receive a 1099 from Sun Beam Healing Arts LLC each year, and you handle your own taxes and liability insurance.
A coordinated rhythm of intro classes
Rather than a calendar of one-off classes, we're building a steady, recognizable schedule of intro classes together. It gives new people a clear way in, and gives all of us a shared community to grow.
If you'd like to teach one of these, let's talk. Other classes you offer are welcome here as a room rental, though they won't be listed on the MMS MSP calendar or booking system.
How teaching works on each plan
Coordinated classes are taught by monthly renters who are certified to teach that class. Every coordinated class is listed on the MMS MSP website calendar and in the email newsletter, whatever plan you're on.
- Practitioner and Associate. Teach coordinated classes on a 70/30 split. The 10% admin fee comes off first, then you keep 70% of the rest. On a $100 class, that’s $63 to you and $37 to MMS MSP. These classes never use your room hours, and there’s no minimum enrollment.
- Resident. Keep your class revenue, with no split. Residents also get first pick of nights on the coordinated class schedule.

Questions
Who can rent space?
All certified Life Activation Practitioners.
Is there storage?
Yes, monthly renters get dedicated storage space. Resident renters can also keep supplies in a dedicated treatment room, which is still shared with other practitioners.
Are sheets provided?
No, please bring your own sheets for sessions.
What are the building hours?
Monday to Friday 7:00am–7:15pm, Saturday 7:30am–4:15pm, closed Sunday. All monthly renters get their own key fob.
How and when do I get paid?
For bookings made through MMS MSP, clients pay through WellnessLiving when they book. MMS MSP keeps a 10% admin fee and pays out the rest to you monthly. Clients you book through your own system during your reserved room time pay you directly, with no fee. As an independent practitioner you’ll receive a 1099 each year, so please keep track of your own taxes. Before you start, we’ll ask you for a W-9 and proof of liability insurance.
What about clients who find me through MMS MSP?
Clients who first book with you through MMS MSP continue booking through MMS MSP. Once a client completes Empower Thyself, they can book directly with their Guide.
Do I need to reserve the room for my own clients?
Yes. Whenever you book a client through your own system, reserve the room in WellnessLiving for that time. It keeps the shared calendar accurate, so no one else is booked into the same room.
How do I pay my rental?
By check made out to Sun Beam Healing Arts LLC and left at the office, by Venmo to @genevieve-wachutka, or by Zelle to 763-222-8600.
How does the conference room work?
You can reserve time in the conference room. Renters also receive 30% off event space rental at POTENTIAL, the gallery and event space upstairs in The District Edina.
How do clients book with me?
Monthly renters get their own WellnessLiving login. Set your hours there, and clients can book you directly through the MMS MSP website.
Can I teach my own classes here?
Yes. Monthly renters can use their room hours for their own classes, and Residents have unlimited room time. Without a monthly plan, book the classroom as an ad-hoc rental. The MMS MSP calendar and booking system list only the coordinated MMS MSP schedule, so promote your own classes yourself. If you’re a monthly renter certified to teach one of the coordinated classes, reach out at info@modernmysteryschoolmsp.com. The 10% admin fee applies on every plan. After the fee, Practitioner and Associate renters split coordinated class revenue 70/30, and Residents keep their class revenue.
